Bobcat Trail Half Marathon

This past weekend I celebrated my birthday by running my first trail race.  I had set out months in advance to complete a race on my birthday since it fell on a weekend.  The only trail race I could find within a decent driving distance was the Bobcat, so I registered and never looked back.

Thankful November

It’s November 1st and if you are on Facebook you may remember the 30 days of Thanks posts that were filling up your news feed in years past.  With everything going on in our world, these next 30 days may be refreshing and uplifting as more and more positivity fill our social media addictions.  However,
